Identifying and documenting business intelligence, reporting, and data analysis requirements, supporting the design and validation of dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Coordinating with Project Managers, technical specialists, and multidisciplinary teams, applying Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches to support successful project outcomes.
Leading workshops, stakeholder interviews, and user story mapping sessions to gather requirements and define effective business solutions using a range of recognised Business Analysis techniques.
Evaluating and improving business processes by analysing current ways of working, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with subject matter experts to deliver practical change.
Developing business cases, process maps, user journeys, system documentation, and business requirements that support successful delivery across both new and existing initiatives.

A degree or equivalent experience in business analysis or a related field, working across multidisciplinary teams and working environments.
Experience and proficiency in applying both Agile and Waterfall methodologies while supporting business change and benefits realisation.
Hands-on experience using business intelligence or data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Demonstrated ability to apply a broad range of Business Analysis techniques to requirements gathering, process mapping, business case development, and stakeholder engagement.
The ability to identify, investigate, analyse, and communicate complex business problems and opportunities using structured Business Analysis approaches.
