Drive the full-cycle recruitment process across India and the broader APAC region using Greenhouse ATS for requisition management, candidate tracking, pipeline updates, interview workflows, and reporting.
Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand hiring needs, role requirements, and business objectives across technical and non-technical functions.
Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, direct sourcing, talent mapping, job boards, referrals, and market insights to attract high-quality active and passive candidates.
Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for priority and high-growth roles across multiple APAC markets.
Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to define recruitment strategies, hiring timelines, and selection criteria.
Provide consistent, data-driven updates through Greenhouse dashboards and reports, including talent availability, salary data, and competitive market trends.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, guiding them on recruitment best practices, market shifts, and talent trends across APAC.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience by managing all touchpoints through Greenhouse and maintaining timely, transparent communication.
Conduct candidate engagement throughout the interview cycle, including expectations setting, interview prep, and feedback delivery.
Champion the company’s culture and values to create a compelling and consistent employer narrative.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of talent acquisition experience across India and APAC with proven success recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
3+ years of using Greenhouse ATS & LinkedIn recruiter
Extensive hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS, including workflow configuration, interview scheduling flows, reporting, scorecards, structured hiring, and bulk process management.
Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter skills, including pipeline building, market mapping, Boolean sourcing, and outreach sequencing.
Experience hiring across multiple job families (technology, engineering, sales, business operations).
Strong understanding of regional labor markets, cultural nuances, and hiring regulations across APAC.
Fluency in English (written and verbal).
