Develop and implement site-wide standards and guidelines
Coordinate with the Business Unit/Division/Region regarding footprint, product roadmap, budget, and launches.
Ensure proper administrative operations for all processes and employees

Degree in Engineering, Production Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related fields
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in plant management or related roles within a manufacturing environment
Proven experience in managing integration processes and leading change initiatives effectively within an organization
Strong leadership capabilities to guide teams
Demonstrated expertise in negotiating with unions
In-depth understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Fluent in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
