Athena Security is an industry leader in AI-powered concealed weapons detection and integrated security platforms. They are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative Manager responsible for generating leads, driving sales opportunities, and contributing to the company's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Sales Development team, providing coaching, performance feedback, and ongoing professional development
- Develop and execute outbound prospecting strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, social selling, and account-based outreach to drive pipeline growth
- Establish, monitor, and optimize sales development processes, workflows, and best practices to maximize team productivity and conversion rates
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align lead generation strategies, campaign execution, and pipeline objectives
- Analyze team performance metrics, CRM data, and sales activity to identify trends, improve efficiency, and ensure achievement of KPIs
- Oversee CRM data integrity, reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management to provide accurate visibility into team performance
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify new business opportunities, target accounts, and emerging industry trends
- Ensure high-quality lead qualification and seamless handoff of sales-ready opportunities to the Account Executive team
- Set, track, and drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual pipeline generation, meeting, and revenue contribution targets
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop sales strategies, territory plans, and growth initiatives that support company objectives
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as reasonably assigned
Requirements:
- Highly motivated and results-driven
