Role Overview
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
- Guide and support hiring managers in accordance with company standards, recruitment processes, and defined roles and responsibilities.
- Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience from initial contact through to onboarding.
- Manage relationships with external search partners and recruitment vendors when engaged.
- Contribute to continuous improvements of our recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience within Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
- Experience facilitating competency-based interviews and providing assessment feedback.
- Certification in one or several personality assessment tools. Experience with OPQ is an advantage but not required.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and stakeholders across different business functions.
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is an advantage.
