Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years previous Client Management experience
Experience in a similar TPA or insurance environment with client-facing/client support responsibilities OR High school diploma or GED equivalent and 6 years TPA or health insurance industry experience
Willingness to travel (up to 10%)
Results oriented and self-motivated
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Strong presentation skills
Organizational, analytical, problem-solving and time management skills are required
