About this role
Role Overview
Administer and maintain client accounts and records across internal and external systems.
Process account openings, closures, ownership changes, maintenance requests, and other account servicing activities.
Resolve account exceptions and operational issues while supporting audits, reviews, and special servicing requests.
Coordinate vendor onboarding, including W-9 collection, record setup, and payment documentation.
Process wire, ACH, check, and deposit transactions accurately and on time.
Review and validate payment instructions, perform Positive Pay controls, and follow approval workflows and internal control procedures.
Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with operational policies and cash movement controls.
Provide operational support to Relationship Managers, Trust Administrators, and internal partners.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in family office, trust, wealth management, banking, fiduciary administration, or financial operations.
Experience with account administration, payment processing, client reporting, or operational support.
Strong technology aptitude; experience with AgilLink is preferred.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Experience leading projects, coordinating initiatives, or mentoring others is a plus.
