Manage email correspondences of renewal questions.
Process monthly rates and conduct regular audits for specific needs.
Maintain database accuracy in Smartsheet and Cadence.
Communicate closely with Underwriting and Account Management teams.
Conduct comprehensive, regular audits of projects, tasks, and documentation for accuracy.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent
1+ years of experience in the health insurance industry, or insurance industry related environment.
Experience in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, Teams, and Outlook.
Should be proficient in basic Excel formulas such as SUM, DIVIDE, MULTIPLY, and SUBTRACT.
Using the editing functions in Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Convert Word documents into PDF files.
Familiarity with mail merging Word into PDF files would be a plus.
Have familiarity with the following tools: Smartsheet, SharePoint, OneNote.
Comfortable in navigating multiple computer software/systems and multi-screen functionality.
Able to adhere to HIPAA standards.
