Plan and execute marketing strategies, integrating campaigns across multiple channels;
Produce offline marketing materials (billboards, flyers, print ads, radio, etc.);
Plan and coordinate in-person events, site visits to developments, and promotional activities;
Create performance reports and dashboards (KPIs, conversions, CAC, CPL, ROI);
Conduct market research and competitor monitoring;
Collaborate with commercial, sales, and design teams to ensure alignment of activities.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields.
Previous experience in offline marketing.
Experience in the real estate sector, land developments, or property development.
Experience managing and executing events and product launches.
Ability to manage projects, deadlines, and multiple priorities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical, organized, creative, and results-oriented profile.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM.
Basic knowledge of photography, video, or briefing graphic materials.
Knowledge of inbound marketing, SEO, and sales funnels.
