Role Overview
- Provide client consultations and legal guidance
- Handle civil cases end-to-end, from initial pleadings to appellate stages
- Draft pleadings, motions, appeals, and other legal documents
- Participate in evidentiary hearings and trials
- Oversee expert examinations and other procedural acts
- Manage deadlines, case developments, and procedural progress.
Requirements
- Active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association)
- 3–4 years of experience in civil practice
- Experience managing civil cases from start to finish
- Experience in evidentiary hearings and trials
- Strong legal writing, organization, and deadline management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
