About this role
Role Overview
- Facilitate agile ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review and Retrospective)
- Remove impediments that impact the squad's productivity
- Support the Product Owner and Development Team in backlog refinement and self-organization
- Track agile metrics such as Velocity, Burndown, Lead Time and Cycle Time
- Promote and disseminate agile culture among teams and stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience as a Scrum Master in technology teams
- Solid knowledge of the Scrum Guide and familiarity with frameworks such as Kanban, Lean or XP
- Strong communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience with agile management tools, such as Azure DevOps
