About this role
Role Overview
You will support our teams on their journey toward agile, self-organized collaboration and gain exciting insights into modern organizational and working models.
You will work closely with the Squad Owners and assist in structuring and maintaining tasks, priorities and work items.
You will create transparency around work progress, support planning activities and help continuously improve collaboration and outcome quality.
You will organize and facilitate agile formats such as retrospectives, reviews and planning meetings and promote an open feedback and learning culture.
You will regularly exchange ideas with Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches and contribute your own suggestions for the further development of methods, processes and cross-team collaboration.
Requirements
You are studying (Business) Computer Science, Economics, Business Psychology, Organizational Development or a comparable field and have successfully completed at least three semesters of your bachelor’s degree.
You are interested in agile ways of working, organizational development and change processes and want to help shape them in practice.
Ideally, you already have first experience with Jira, Confluence or Microsoft 365 and would like to further develop your skills in an agile environment.
You work in a structured, analytical and self-reliant manner and keep an overview even when handling multiple topics.
You demonstrate strong communication skills, facilitation ability, teamwork, initiative and empathy.
You have business-fluent German (at least C1 level) as well as good English skills (B2 level).
