5+ years of project management, business analysis, Scrum Master, or program management experience supporting technology initiatives.
Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements across diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience managing federal government contracts and understanding service-based delivery models.
Demonstrated success managing project backlogs, priorities, and delivery roadmaps.
Experience managing against SLAs and operational performance metrics.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum ceremonies, and requirements management best practices.
Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
Experience working with government reporting requirements, including performance metrics, CDRLs, and QASP-driven environments.
Strong resource planning and capacity management skills.
Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and make sound operational decisions.
Experience managing client, vendor, and platform partner relationships.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced consulting environment.
