About this role
Role Overview
You will own the entire sales process from initial outreach to close.
Manage the complete sales cycle for Mid-Market customers
Independently close Mid-Market and selected SMB deals
Conduct structured discovery and advisory conversations
Negotiate and close complex B2B SaaS contracts
Independently build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline
Use inbound and outbound channels for lead generation
Prospect and develop new Mid-Market customers in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
Advise C-level stakeholders (CTO, CIO, CISO, COO, etc.)
Translate complex compliance and security topics into clear business value
Maintain pipeline and forecasts in HubSpot
Contribute to pricing, sales playbooks and qualification processes
Continuously optimize messaging and go-to-market strategies
Requirements
At least 3 years of closing experience in B2B SaaS sales
Experience with Mid-Market or Upmarket customers
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Experience with longer sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
Confident selling to C-level decision-makers
Ideally experienced with sales methodologies such as MEDDICC
Strong prospecting and outbound skills
Business-fluent German (C2)
Excellent English skills
