About this role
Role Overview
Grow and manage Xero's relationships with Accounting and Bookkeeping firms.
Build, educate, and grow the Xero Partner channel through territory management and sales pipeline development.
Keep knowledge of Xero features sharp to support partners with digital strategies.
Manage and prioritize new and existing partners within the Auckland territory.
Use Salesforce to manage outbound and inbound call activity.
Requirements
Proven track record in SaaS sales performance.
Genuine interest in the evolving online accounting market.
Ability to build quick and authentic rapport with partners over the phone.
Comfortable using CRM tools like Salesforce to manage daily workflow.
High levels of self-motivation and a process-driven approach to meeting targets.
Human and empathetic communication style.
