Role Overview
- Develop and execute digital strategies for large and mid-tier accounting practices.
- Manage territory of accounting & bookkeeping partners with monthly targets.
- Architect and execute complex project plans to transition partners to Xero’s cloud ecosystem.
- Educate new partners through high-energy events, webinars, and certifications.
- Drive an 8-week call cycle and maintain precise Salesforce data to move partners through the pipeline rapidly.
- Host Partner Forums and sales events, collaborating with internal teams to turn business plans into tangible success.
Requirements
- Proven success in field account management and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Interest in the fintech market and the ability to educate others on digital resources and online accounting.
- Initiative to work independently while staying process-oriented and detail-focused.
- Communication and presentation skills to deliver engaging events and influence digital strategy at a practice level.
- Experience using CRM tools, such as Salesforce, to manage client communications and sales cycles.
