Role Overview
- Provide technical support to clients
- Work in varied environments and resolve real-world issues
- Travel to client sites to perform technical interventions
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to workstations, networks, and infrastructures
- Install, configure, and maintain various equipment and systems
- Deliver rigorous and professional customer service, including follow-ups
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of clients' technological environments
- Identify optimization opportunities and propose suitable solutions
Requirements
- Hold a DEC in IT, a DEP in IT support, or another relevant qualification
- Have experience in technical support, ideally in an SME environment
- Hold a valid driver's license and be able to travel to client sites
- Own a vehicle (kilometer reimbursement provided)
- Demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and strong organizational skills
- Have an excellent customer service approach and good communication skills
- Approximately 3 years of experience in IT support
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Exchange, Intune
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Windows Servers
- Knowledge of Networking (VPN, Wi-Fi, etc.)
- Knowledge of Firewalls (Fortinet, WatchGuard, Cisco, SonicWall)
- Knowledge of backup tools such as Veeam or Acronis
- Printer management and troubleshooting
