Role Overview
- Provide technical support to clients in the Beauce region
- Work in varied environments to resolve practical issues
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to workstations, networks, and infrastructure
- Install, configure, and maintain various equipment and systems
- Deliver rigorous, professional customer service, including follow-ups
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of clients' technological environments
- Identify optimization opportunities and propose appropriate solutions
Requirements
- Hold a DEC (college diploma) in IT, a DEP in computer support, or other relevant training
- Experience in technical support, ideally in an SME environment
- Valid driver's license and availability to travel to client sites
- Own a vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service approach and good communication skills
- Approximately 3 years of experience in IT support
