Role Overview
- Maintain monthly bookkeeping records for multiple client accounts using QuickBooks Online
- Ensure all bookkeeping records are current through the previous month
- Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare bookkeeping files that are complete and ready for review
- Manage multiple client accounts while meeting deadlines
- Follow established bookkeeping procedures and company workflows
- Communicate professionally regarding tasks, updates, and clarifications
Requirements
- Strong experience with QuickBooks Online
- Experience managing bookkeeping for multiple client accounts
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High level of English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and follow established processes
