Head of D2C Performance – Growth

Role Overview

• You manage performance marketing and paid channels, test campaigns and scale what works.
• You are responsible for the online shop and conversion and optimize the customer journey in day-to-day operations.
• You build out CRM, retention and automated flows and integrate them with the shop.
• You dive into the data yourself and derive the next steps.
• You lead your D2C team operationally and work closely with Operations to achieve clean, scalable growth.

Requirements

• You have previously been responsible for a D2C or e-commerce business, e.g., as Head of D2C, Head of E-Commerce or Head of Growth.
• You have managed and scaled paid budgets yourself and make data-driven decisions.
• You have operationally managed shop, conversion and retention and have demonstrably increased revenue.
• You have worked at the interface with Operations and have led a team operationally.
• You are business-fluent in German and English.
