Update deliverables with timing information in the marketing content calendar on a weekly basis, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Given an assigned set of internal company clients with support of the Sr. Marketing Manager, meet consistently with them to provide status updates, gain understanding of upcoming projects, and deliver exceptional service representing the Marketing department.
Build, test and deploy email campaigns in HubSpot; segment contact lists based on personas and engagement behavior; support data hygiene by managing subscriptions, preferences, and contact updates to ensure accurate and effective email targeting.
Monitor and maintain all incoming form submissions, ensuring timely distribution of leads to the appropriate internal teams for follow-up and outreach.
Requirements
1–3 years of marketing or project coordination experience preferred.
Education: Marketing, communications, business or related field, from an accredited college or university
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and website CMS tools (e.g., WordPress)
Experience working with agile-based workflow management platforms (Monday.com)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and time management skills.
