Build from scratch and structure the Growth Marketing area for the platform.
Act as the primary traction engine to scale acquisition of causes, donations and virtual-currency sales on the Vaquinha do Razões (VDR) platform.
Optimize sales performance for Escola de Histórias (infoproducts).
Design and structure the acquisition and engagement funnel (top, middle and bottom).
Define and analyze key metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rate, average ticket and customer recurrence.
Select and configure the Analytics, CRM and marketing automation ecosystem.
Design and run A/B tests on landing pages, checkouts and communication flows.
Create automated relationship/engagement journeys via e-mail, WhatsApp and push notifications (growth loops).
Manage, audit and direct the partner paid-traffic agency and outsourced SEO support.
Monitor and support the development of the company’s cloud-based proprietary CRM.
Present ROI and growth metrics monthly directly to the founders.
Requirements
Practical Experience: 3 to 5 years working directly in Growth, Digital Acquisition or Performance Marketing.
Track Record in Setup: Proven experience designing and implementing acquisition processes and funnels from scratch (not only operating pre-existing flows).
Technical Knowledge: Full command of conversion funnels and Growth metrics.
Advertising Platforms: Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads (essential for auditing and managing the partner agency).
Analytics & Tools: Proficiency with analytics tools (GA4), advanced Sheets/Excel, BI tools and automation/CRM platforms.
Behavioral Profile: Extremely organized for 100% remote work, highly hands-on execution mindset, data-driven mentality and maturity to receive direct feedback.
Differentiators: Familiarity or prior experience with social causes, NGOs or social-impact organizations. Previous experience in marketplaces, e-commerce, fintechs, crowdfunding platforms or infoproducts. Familiarity with using AI tools to increase productivity and support day-to-day data analysis.
Benefits
Reference salary range: R$ 9,000.00 per month (PJ contractor).

Variable Compensation: Estimated 20% to 50% on top of the fixed amount, tied to performance targets (donation volume, opening new campaigns and beija‑flores revenue).
