Practical experience with AI image-generation tools (Midjourney, Flux, ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion, NanoBanana, Imagen, or equivalent).
Prompt engineering and reference-based generation for production use.
Familiarity with character/style consistency techniques (LoRA, IP-Adapter, ControlNet, or similar) is a plus.
Using AI for production speed-ups: variations, adaptations, upscaling, background work, style transfer.
Familiarity with workflow automation tools (Make, n8n, Figma plugins) is a plus.
Templating and a systematic approach to high-volume tasks.
Delivery standards: organising source files, naming conventions, and export formats.
Working in SLA mode with predictable timelines.
Basic After Effects — desirable for understanding the work of the adjacent motion team.
