About this role

Designing creative assets/providing design support utilizing strong communication and collaboration skills.
Work may cross several business units and support areas.
Collaborate with writers and other designers (internal or agency resources) when needed.
Must be able to present work, and associated rationale, to marketing partners and key stakeholders.
Assisting Sr Graphic Designers with organizing assets/files, supporting one-off simple production requests (e.g., logo requests).
Attending work start meetings, briefings, creative team meetings, creative reviews and process improvement workshops.
Backing up Traffic Manager as Workfront Administrator.
Participating on special projects as assigned by Brand & Experience leadership (e.g., creative process improvements).

High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
3-5 years of experience required in graphic design at an internal creative team, advertising agency, or freelance work.
Knowledge of banking and mortgage industries.
Knowledge of Marketing Cloud/Salesforce.
Knowledge/experience with Workfront.
Illustrator experience.
