Create and architect technical solutions that align with clients' objectives and adhere to global and local regulations. Utilize a consultative approach to identify business needs and align them with Notabene's solutions.
Provide post-sales L2 technical support and serve as a point of contact for client inquiries and API integration questions. Troubleshoot issues by using log management tools such as Datadog.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Regulatory & Compliance, and Customer Success teams to ensure our platform empowers customers to meet regulatory requirements at scale.
Maintain outstanding technical documentation and develop examples that support customer integrations and POCs, showcasing the solution's capabilities.
Requirements
4+ years' experience in customer-facing technical roles in Enterprise B2B SaaS
Strong understanding of REST APIs and web technologies
Proficient problem-solving skills (you are a natural-born troubleshooter)
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, low-ego environment
Customer-first attitude
Comfortable reading code and querying data
Excellent project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and establishing clear accountabilities for success
Previous experience within the regtech/fintech or virtual asset sector (Nice to Have)
Prior experience working with financial institutions and AML controls (Nice to Have)
Prior experience in payments (Nice to Have)
Familiarity with established privacy and security standards and frameworks, such as SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR (Nice to Have)
