Coordinate and schedule service visits, call-outs, and installation projects to ensure delivery targets are met.
Allocate engineers and resources effectively, ensuring they have all required information, parts, RAMS, and documentation to complete jobs efficiently.
Monitor job progress, maintain up-to-date engineer schedules, and proactively resolve operational or scheduling issues.
Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing enquiries, confirming appointments, and maintaining excellent service levels.
Ensure installations and service work meet quality, safety, and contractual standards, while supporting accurate invoicing and prompt payment.
Requirements
Has previous experience in a planning, scheduling, or coordination role, ideally within a service or installation environment.
Is highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Has strong customer service and telephone communication skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
Has general office administration and working in fast-paced environments.
Is focused on accuracy and attention to detail.
