Inventory Coordinator

Pitney Bowes is a company where top talent builds meaningful careers and lasting impact. They are seeking an Inventory Coordinator to monitor inventory levels, coordinate shipments, and work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
• Order and receive incoming shipments
• Coordinate the shipment of supplies to clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
• Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure client orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule
• Coordinate inventory transfers between company sites to support operational needs and maintain optimal stock levels
• Assist drivers with loading and unloading supplies and equipment, ensuring shipments are handled safely and accurately
