Conduct analytical work, desk research, data collection, and benchmarking;
Structure and analyse qualitative and quantitative information, drawing clear conclusions;
Prepare reports, presentations, and other project deliverables;
Support project implementation, coordination, and stakeholder engagement;
Participate in workshops, interviews, and discussions with clients and partners;
Analyse and map business processes and IT systems using BPMN, UML, or similar methodologies;
Gather, document, and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements;
Identify gaps in business processes or digital solutions and develop recommendations;
Contribute to digital product concepts, backlogs, and functional specifications;
Support the preparation of business cases for digital and IT-related investments;
Assist in analysing system integrations and digital solution architecture;
Contribute to high-quality and timely project delivery.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field;
2+ years of relevant experience in analytics, consulting, business analysis, digital transformation, or a similar role;
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
Familiarity with desk research, interviews, data analysis, and analytical methodologies;
Experience with BPMN, process mapping, and/or business analysis methodologies;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (minimum B2 level);
Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail;
Ability to structure complex information and communicate insights clearly;
Client-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results;
Proactive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
