Identify opportunities to automate, scale, and improve global programs using technology platforms, while taking direct ownership of key Talent Strategy micro-projects.
Partner and communicate effectively with global team members and leaders at all organizational levels, providing clear guidance and maintaining active program spaces for both active cohorts and alumni.
Requirements
Proven experience successfully coordinating multi-faceted projects and managing administrative operations in a fast-paced environment.
Strong technical expertise, including advanced proficiency with Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides) and a talent for presenting complex data in clear, engaging visual formats.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to actively listen, collaborate, and build strong relationships across diverse global time zones.
A self-motivated, proactive mindset with the ability to work autonomously, prioritise competing tasks, and maintain exceptional attention to detail amidst shifting priorities.
