Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to understand headcount needs, define specialized role profiles, and build calibrated interview processes.
Thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, managing shifting priorities and scaling talent pipelines efficiently without sacrificing candidate quality.
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to target, engage, and convert high-caliber passive talent in competitive markets.
Manage and optimize the candidate experience, ensuring every applicant has a transparent, high-touch, and equitable interview process.
Leverage recruiting data and metrics to track pipeline health, optimize the hiring funnel, and regularly report on time-to-hire and quality-of-hire metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across the organization to weave our culture, mission, and values into employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
8+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter
4+ years of dedicated experience sourcing and closing highly specialized positions, specifically including CFP® professionals or specialized wealth management roles.
Demonstrated experience succeeding within a fast-paced startup or high-growth tech environment.
Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally to manage, align, and guide expectations for hiring managers and leadership teams.
Strong proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and advanced sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
Deep understanding of the financial advisory landscape, advisor compensation models, and CFP® certification regulations (preferred).
Experience recruiting within the fintech or wealth management sectors (preferred).
Experience building or leading initiatives around employer branding (preferred).
