Experian is a global data and technology company, powering opportunities for people and businesses around the world. They are seeking a Product Pricing Manager who will provide pricing strategy recommendations and perform financial analysis to support business growth in the automotive sector.
Responsibilities:
- Apply analytical and financial expertise to develop pricing for complex sales opportunities
- Lead and manage internal pricing discussions with cross functional teams
- Partner with the Business Intelligence (BI) team to develop dashboards, analytics, and reporting that provides pricing insights (e.g. discounting performance, segmentation, trends)
- Conduct analysis and audits on billing and pricing errors to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
- Identify and provide recommendations on designing new pricing models
- Develop understanding of Experian's products, operations and cost drivers, and incorporate this knowledge into pricing recommendations
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in pricing or a similar Finance/Business role
- BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Experience managing and evolving pricing processes that involve cross-functional partners
- Ability to work independently and take initiative with a have high level of ownership
- Experience using Excel and Tableau to develop financial models
- Financial analysis experience with understanding of revenue, margin and pricing drivers
- Experience performing competitive analysis to understand market positioning and pricing
- Experience managing projects across multiple business partners
- Experience in process improvement requiring collaboration across broader organization
