Akkodis is seeking an Associate Product Manager for a contract with a client in Philadelphia, PA. The role involves driving production readiness activities to ensure that people, processes, and technology are fully prepared for new capability rollouts.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate new initiatives to determine production readiness requirements and ensure Business, IT, and external teams are fully prepared for upcoming changes
- Partner with program leads, project managers, and technical stakeholders to understand functionality, process changes, and software capabilities needed to define or update the operational model
- Develop support manuals, job aids, and operational artifacts that guide monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities for production environments
- Coordinate knowledge‑transfer sessions, capability demonstrations, and end‑user readiness activities to prepare Production Services and Maintenance teams for go‑live
- Monitor post‑production performance and stability to identify improvement opportunities and refine production readiness processes
- Facilitate project gating activities and manage readiness tasks in Agile/SAFe tools, ensuring closure of required deliverables
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field
- 4-6 Years of experience required
- Candidate must have strong ability to manage production readiness activities, partner with cross‑functional teams, and support large integrated program initiatives
- Candidate must have excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills to ensure smooth operational transitions and readiness across all impacted teams
