Quo is a company dedicated to transforming communication for small businesses through an AI-powered platform. They are seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead digital acquisition efforts and optimize performance across various marketing channels.
Responsibilities:
- Own performance outcomes across paid social, YouTube, display, remarketing, paid search, and paid affiliate programs
- Manage full-funnel campaign strategy and execution, including budgets, audiences, creative testing (ad formats, messaging, hooks), and landing page/funnel optimization
- Build and execute structured testing roadmaps to continuously improve performance
- Partner with Creative teams to shape messaging and formats based on performance insights
- Partner with agency teams where applicable while maintaining hands-on platform expertise and holding partners accountable to performance goals
- Launch and scale campaigns across emerging social and video platforms while continuously testing new formats, audiences, and acquisition tactics to keep the program evolving
- Partner with Data and Marketing Ops to ensure accurate measurement and reporting
- Share performance insights and recommendations to guide investment decisions
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Content, Growth Marketing, and Revenue teams to align acquisition campaigns with broader go-to-market priorities
Requirements:
- 6+ years in performance or growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, with experience scaling acquisition while managing to strict CAC and payback targets
- Data-obsessed operator who continuously improves performance through testing and optimization
- Experience owning and managing significant paid media budgets, confidently making allocation and pacing decisions to hit CAC and growth targets
- Deep hands-on experience across paid social and video platforms such as Meta, YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn, and other digital video or display ecosystems, with working knowledge of paid search
- Experience scaling creative-driven acquisition programs where messaging, format, and audience strategy materially influence performance outcomes
- Experience managing and negotiating performance-based (PPL/PPC) affiliate partnerships
- Comfortable operating hands-on in-platform while also leading strategy and performance through agency partners
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into clear action
- Deep understanding of marketing attribution (MMM/MTA) and funnel performance to guide spend and optimization decisions
- Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment and drive initiatives forward
- Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
