SCA Health is a healthcare organization focused on providing patient-centered practice solutions. The Associate HR Business Partner will collaborate with leaders to implement HR strategies and initiatives, ensuring effective talent management and engagement within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support the alignment of HR activities, policies, and strategies to help the business serve our patients and other stakeholders in optimal ways
- Act as a constant conduit for communication between leaders and HR Centers of Service to ensure the identification and development of initiative and projects to meet stakeholders needs
- Demonstrate depth of knowledge in functional HR areas. Utilize expertise to partner in complex teammate relation situations
- Proactively identify opportunities to drive teammate engagement and retention. Partner with the Director, HRBP to anticipate downward trends and develop solutions that in turn create an environment which encourages open, inclusive and productive collaboration
- Utilize a data-driven approach to provide guidance on teammate performance, engagement, and turnover. Create value by communicating and presenting recommendations based on data insight
- Effectively advise, guide and coach leaders and teammates on a variety of organizational issues and challenges in order to retain, develop and motivate teammates and leaders to achieve their fullest potential
- Stay current with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations and contribute to the development of policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Consistently contribute to activities that strengthen SCAH culture and teammate experience. Actively promote SCAH’s culture and values and support leaders to reinforce desired behaviors. Champion diversity and foster inclusion and belonging
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Human Resources professional in a fast paced, highly complex, high-volume, customer focused environment
- Bachelor's Degree or demonstrated equivalency
- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Strong influencing, consulting, and coaching skills
- A service-first, solution-oriented mindset and a commitment to delivering high quality work
- A history of change leadership and personally influencing behavioral and philosophical change among business leaders and other key stakeholders
- Successful track record of driving diversity, inclusion and belonging strategy through all aspects of work
- Ability to travel as required
- Prior experience as an HR Business Partner supporting physician practices strongly preferred, with demonstrated ability to partner with clinical leadership, understand practice operations, and navigate the unique HR needs of healthcare provider groups
