Jamf is a company dedicated to helping customers succeed with Apple products. The Manager, Enterprise Sales is responsible for leading the Field Sales team, guiding individual contributors to achieve growth in annual recurring revenue while ensuring a high standard of customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Providing leadership to a team of Account Executives, and motivating them to help new Jamf solutions that fit their needs
- Making sure the team is achieving and exceeding challenging targets and has pipeline-building plans in place
- Making sure the team is proactively approaching key prospects and effectively positioning our whole product experience
- Providing accurate forecasts and pipeline creation projections
- Providing direct assistance with sales opportunities as needed
- Works closely with the Sales Leadership Team to determine direction, improve processes and maximize the efficiency of the team
- Working closely with the extended departments, e.g. SDRs, SEs, Channel Team, and supporting them in an effective manner
- Coaches others on effectively leveraging internal and external resources to move an opportunity through the pipeline and fulfil role requirements
- Coach team members to use Salesforce and Clari to accurately manage and note calls and opportunities
- Supports Jamf’s goal to deliver an excellent customer journey
- Develops team members and makes sure the team maintains and increases the understanding of our product portfolio to explain the business value of Jamf’s solutions to new prospects
- Understands the career paths at Jamf and continues to help team members to develop additional responsibilities
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years sales experience showing successful achievement of quota, in the Enterprise space (1000 employees and up)
- Minimum of 3 years growing and leading a sales organization within the software industry as first line leader
- Minimum of 2 years of experience selling into the healthcare industry
- Fluent oral and written language skills in English
- HS Diploma / GED Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Apple as an alliance partner
- Demonstrated ability to create and execute short-term and long-term sales strategy
- Experience in selling IT, Mobility and Security products/solutions
- Experience in the area of legal and contract negotiations
- 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree
