BMC Helix is a forward-thinking IT organization focused on transforming enterprise IT through AI. They are seeking a Professional Services Sales Account Manager to lead customers in maximizing their Helix investments and achieving customer success through effective sales strategies and collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for your customers
- Partner and be supported by top talented consultants; delivery leads and architects to ensure the optimization of your customers' investments as well as increasing profitable revenue for BMC Helix
- Work towards planning and exceeding customer success sales targets by coordinating all the sales team members to build an effective pipeline and execute each phase of the Value Selling process
- Act as a BMC Helix brand ambassador, both internally and externally, and build trust and confidence with customers, partners, and colleagues through integrity and professionalism
- Be given the opportunity to learn, be included in global projects, challenge yourself, and be the innovator when it comes to solving everyday problems
Requirements:
- Experience in both Sales and Customer Success leading organizations through Digital Transformations
- Previous experience in managing and delivering to a sales quota
- Ability to embrace, live, and breathe BMC Helix values every day
- Experience working effectively as a team member while also providing team-on-team leadership
- Ability to orchestrate the internal and external resources needed to effectively lead a professional services sales process
- Demonstrated ability to further develop business as a trusted partner by an in-depth understanding of pipeline, business practices, industry trends, and competitive landscape
