Torq is a rapidly growing cybersecurity company known for its innovative AI security solutions. They are seeking a Field Marketing Manager for the Northeast U.S. to execute strategic marketing programs that enhance brand visibility and drive pipeline growth through impactful regional events.
Responsibilities:
- Execute regional field marketing strategy to accelerate Torq’s growth and elevate brand visibility as a category leader
- Plan, manage, and execute strategic in-person and virtual events, including industry conferences, partner events, and customer experiences
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Generation, Communications, Product Marketing, and Partner Marketing to develop integrated, multichannel go-to-market campaigns
- Align closely with sales teams to ensure tight coordination and maximize program impact across the customer journey
- Analyze and report on campaign and event performance, measuring impact on lead generation, pipeline creation, and revenue
- Manage budgets and logistics for field programs, ensuring flawless execution and strong ROI
- Continuously optimize programs to enhance efficiency, engagement, and measurable business outcomes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B field marketing experience, preferably in the software/SaaS industry
- Proven success partnering with direct and channel sales teams to drive measurable pipeline growth
- Expertise in event strategy, logistics, sponsorships, and budget management
- Strong project management skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple programs under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; you thrive in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
- A data-driven mindset, with experience tracking and analyzing marketing performance and ROI (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Creative problem solver with a passion for building scalable, high-impact campaigns
