World Travel Holdings is the nation’s largest cruise agency and award-winning leisure travel company. They are seeking a Senior Search Engine Marketing Specialist to manage complex SEM programs and leverage analytics and AI to optimize campaign performance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex SEM campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Search Ads 360 and other relevant platforms
- Analyze program performance data to provide actionable insights, improve ROI, and inform strategic decisions
- Proactively remain informed on industry innovations, particularly AI applications in search, to continually enhance strategies and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including eCommerce, brand managers, design and merchandising, to execute an integrated marketing approach
- Leverage AI-driven tools and automation to improve targeting, bidding, messaging and overall program efficiency
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership, translating complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that align with business goals
Requirements:
- 5–7 years of experience managing significant SEM programs ($MM) with proven success in managing programs toward established performance goals
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Search Ads 360 and analytics platforms and other SEM platforms
- Passion for data analytics and fluent at leveraging analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel, or similar)
- Comfortable adopting and testing emerging technologies, particularly AI-driven marketing solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience with other paid channels optimized toward program goals (e.g., social media, display, programmatic)
- Certification in Google Ads, Search Ads 360, or related platforms
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals as they relate to paid search strategy
