netPolarity, Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their Prisma Access GTM team. This role requires a blend of technical and sales expertise to drive results in a fast-growing international environment, focusing on client satisfaction and technical discovery.
Responsibilities:
- Own relationship with assigned clients and ensure satisfaction of all assigned clients, and aid clients in achieving their goals and success criteria defined
- Conduct deep technical discovery
- Build with customer business success stories and case studies according to methodology defined
- Work closely with Product and R&D teams to represent the customer and ensure deliverables are according to the customer requirements specifications
- Perform 1st-level support and triage of client technical issues and create detailed tickets outlining reported problems
- Fluent in Update reports, Salesforce and all data driven decision making
- Strong interpersonal skills, people person
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills
Requirements:
- Deep experience (minimum of 6 years' experience) in one or more of the following areas: Networking and Network Security (FW, Proxy, etc.), Host Protection (EDR/EPP), Identity Management, Data leakage prevention
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent presentation and creativity skills
- Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer for the last 6 years
- Proven track record selling cyber security complex enterprise solutions
