They are seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to own the strategy and execution for their Front-End Hub product portfolio, leading a team of product managers and ensuring successful delivery and scalability of products that support healthcare providers and patients.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and prioritization for Front End Hub Support products, aligning product direction to customer needs, market dynamics, and business objectives
- Lead P&L ownership for the Front-End Hub portfolio, including pricing guardrails, financial performance, investment decisions, and partnership with Commercial teams on deal support
- Partner closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure successful delivery, scalability, and adoption of Front-End Hub products and services
- Drive product direction through customer insight, market analysis, and operational realities, translating complex reimbursement needs into clear, actionable product plans
- Serve as a key point of leadership and influence, building alignment and buying across cross functional teams while navigating competing priorities
- Lead and develop a team of Product Managers, providing coaching, clear direction, and growth opportunities to strengthen product thinking, execution skills, and business acumen
- Ensure our products and services are compliant, scalable, and operationally sound, partnering with Legal and Compliance to proactively manage risk
- Communicate product strategy, performance, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders with clarity and confidence
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent experience. Typically requires 9+ years of professional experience and 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience in a Healthcare SAAS environment
- Product management experience or familiarity with technical product development methodologies (e.g., Agile)
- Demonstrated experience owning product roadmaps and prioritization in cross-functional environments
- P&L or financial management experience
- Strong collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Operations, UX and Commercial teams
- Experience with patient support programs, enrollment workflows, or HCP-facing products
- Familiarity with modular offerings and tech-enabled services
- Strong strategic and financial acumen, with the ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes
- Effective people leader with a passion for developing product talent
- Comfort operating in complex, matrixed organizations and influencing without direct authority
- Bias towards action with a collaborative, inclusive leadership style
