As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for initiating conversations with healthcare organizations, identifying prospects, and creating qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Research and identify key decision-makers at mid to large healthcare enterprises, building targeted prospect lists that align with Intelerad's ideal customer profile and strategic objectives
- Execute multi-channel outreach campaigns including email, phone, and social selling to engage prospects and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Build rapport and trust with healthcare executives by demonstrating deep understanding of their challenges and articulating how Intelerad's solutions address their specific needs
- Own the early stages of the sales process from initial contact through qualified opportunity handoff, ensuring smooth transitions and comprehensive prospect information transfer
- Partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Operations to optimize lead qualification processes and contribute to overall team success and revenue goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to craft compelling messaging and present solutions clearly
- Strong research and analytical skills with ability to identify and prioritize high-value prospects
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative team environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Self-motivated with strong initiative and commitment to achieving targets and continuous improvement
- Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, or B2B technology sales
- Familiarity with healthcare industry challenges and buying processes
- Experience with lead generation tools and sales automation platforms
- Understanding of medical imaging or healthcare IT solutions
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales development metrics
