The Senior Global Content Marketing Manager will define and drive the company's global thought leadership and brand narrative, creating a cohesive content strategy that fuels demand and brand awareness across regions.
Responsibilities:
- Define and own Mitratech GRC’s global content and thought leadership vision, establishing narrative pillars that drive top-of-funnel awareness and demand
- Translate industry trends, regulatory change, and customer challenges into authoritative, forward-looking narratives
- Lead the creation of high-impact top-of-funnel content, including thought leadership reports, executive briefs, keynote narratives, blogs, and opinion pieces
- Partner with internal SMEs and executive leadership to shape perspectives and ghostwrite senior-level content
- Develop and maintain a global editorial framework aligned to events, campaigns, and regional marketing activity
- Activate global themes in partnership with Field, Events, and Partner Marketing teams
- Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and messaging across executive, corporate, and marketing communications
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure thought leadership aligns with, but does not duplicate, product messaging and positioning
- Evolve content strategy to support SEO, Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), and AI-driven discovery
- Ensure content is structured for machine readability, authority, and reuse across search and LLM platforms
- Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, drafting, optimisation, and localisation while maintaining editorial quality and brand standards
- Partner with SEO, Web, and Analytics functions to optimise content performance and visibility across traditional and AI-powered channels
Requirements:
- 7–10+ years of experience in content marketing, brand storytelling, thought leadership, or corporate communications, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS
- Proven experience developing vision-led, top-of-funnel content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and demand
- Strong executive presence with experience ghostwriting for senior leaders and operating in high-visibility environments
- Ability to synthesize complex industry, regulatory, and market insights into clear, compelling narratives
- Experience partnering with Events, Field Marketing, and Partner Marketing teams at a global or regional scale
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of voice, tone, and brand consistency
- Strategic mindset combined with the ability to execute and deliver high-quality content at pace
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in influencing without direct authority
- Ability to balance global consistency with regional relevance
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Word); experience working with agencies and external partners is a plus
- BA/BS degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
