Kindeva Drug Delivery is dedicated to making products that save lives and improve patient health worldwide. The Supply Chain Project Manager will oversee critical cross-functional projects, managing the full project lifecycle and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure
- Develop and maintain charters, project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
- Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams to deliver results on time and within budget
- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes, tools, and methodologies
- Ensure compliance with GMP and other regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as business, engineering, or project management)
- LSSBB or LSSGB Certification
- At least 7 years of experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Experience managing cross-functional project teams, including coordinating activities across multiple departments and geographies
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, as well as identify and mitigate risks and issues
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- A demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- PMP certification
- Experience working in a regulated industry, such as medical device, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology
- Experience managing technology transfer projects for a contract design and manufacturing organization (CDMO)
