The role involves account management, developing content marketing strategies, and driving revenue retention and growth for mid-large scale organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Consult, strategise and manage the execution and integration of custom content strategies that drive growth for mid-large scale organisations
- Demonstrate the success of your strategies through ROI reporting and delivery against client objectives
- Consult, develop and maintain strong, multi-faceted content marketing strategies for clients which include research, interpretation and presentation of statistical reporting
- Success is measured by the retention of clients in your portfolio and growing your account base
- Sell the next strategy and create statements of work that help clients meet their business objectives
- Work with Brafton’s content creation teams (editorial, graphics, video, and social media) web integration team and clients to create strategies that deliver strong ROI against client objectives
Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years proven experience in Account Management
- Experience and demonstrated knowledge/expertise in latest content marketing/SEO strategy trends
- Strong understanding of what makes for a great content strategy
- Keen eye for displaying content optimizing UX best practices
- Phenomenal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Organizational skills that allow you to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
