The Digital Marketing and Operations Manager will shape, execute, and optimize all digital marketing channels while managing a team to drive brand awareness and generate high-quality leads through innovative digital campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the digital and operations team, including supervising work quality and deadlines, providing guidance, developing growth opportunities, and recruiting and training new hires onto the team as necessary
- Own the strategy and execution of all digital marketing channels, such as website, paid media, email marketing, social media, and SEO
- Develop and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn and social media strategy that promotes mPulse’s market positioning, enhances brand visibility, engages target audiences, and drives lead generation
- Work closely with team members to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing efforts with broader marketing and commercial strategies
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and convert high-quality leads through targeted digital marketing initiatives that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives
- Own the lead lifecycle—from scoring models and routing rules to nurturing architecture and QA—ensuring accurate attribution, timely handoffs to Sales, and operational excellence across all marketing processes
- Analyze performance data and conduct growth experiments to optimize marketing tactics and identify the most effective strategies for driving rapid growth, improved conversion rates, and sustainable business growth
- Monitor spending and performance against budgeted targets adjust as necessary to optimize financial performance
- Stay on top of market research and trends to continuously seek out and implement innovative digital marketing techniques and best practices
- Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing technology systems and integrations required to effectively launch and run campaigns
- Performance for the team and operating committee
- Manage, document, and continuously evaluate marketing end-to-end processes, recommending new technologies, SOPs, and add-on applications to improve and optimize conversion rates and campaign performance
- Ensure marketing data is being properly collected, cleansed, and connected with other systems such as Salesforce and other marketing databases
- Manage complex marketing and operations projects and provide insights to stakeholders in the business
- Enforce data transparency by building and managing consolidated team reporting and dashboards so all stakeholders can make data-based decisions
- Provide regular updates and actionable insights to key stakeholders on marketing performance, trends, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive messaging and effective lead management
Requirements:
- High level of proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot (or similar platform), and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz)
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, email marketing, social media strategies, and web analytics
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and generate actionable insights to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance tracking
- Proven creativity in developing engaging content and innovative digital marketing strategies that drive results
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams, including sales, content, and design, to achieve common goals and drive marketing success
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Operations, or a similar role
- Experience working in B2B sales or marketing departments
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) is a plus
- Ability to travel 5% of the time
- Ability to stand and sit for extended period of time
- Ability to lift 10 lbs. weight
