The role involves account management, content strategy development, revenue retention and growth, and project management to drive success for mid to large-scale organizations.
Responsibilities:
- Consult, strategise and manage the execution and integration of custom content strategies that drive growth for mid-large scale organisations
- Demonstrate the success of your strategies through ROI reporting and delivery against client objectives
- Consult, develop and maintain strong, multi-faceted content marketing strategies for clients which include research, interpretation and presentation of statistical reporting
- Success is measured by the retention of clients in your portfolio and growing your account base
- Must be able to sell the next strategy and create statements of work that help clients meet their business objectives
- Bring your ideas to life working with Brafton’s content creation teams (editorial, graphics, video, and social media) web integration team and clients to create strategies that deliver strong ROI against client objectives
Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years proven experience in Account Management
- Experience and demonstrated knowledge/expertise in latest content marketing/SEO strategy trends
- Keen eye for displaying content optimizing UX best practices
- Phenomenal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
