The Sage Group is seeking a Lead Partner Marketing Experience Manager for one of their top clients, who provides a leading video platform. The role involves leading the implementation of global B2B partner marketing hubs with a focus on enhancing the partner experience, managing content, and collaborating with stakeholders to create a scalable infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Not partner facing but leading the partner hub build, infrastructure, website application
- Own all elements, flow, what are they saying, how to merchandise tool kits, etc
- Hub must be scalable, playbooks and decks built and need to make awesome looking place to house it, update it. e.g., make sure creator images are relevant. Need global country strategy. What is cadence for refresh
- What is flow/experience for partners. How else do they engage with users- quarterly newsletter. Need someone to help strategize, what does it take and what is value to partners. As building from scratch
- Understand how to build great experiences for partners, hundreds of partners from many industries and countries. Need to own content
- Great user experience and great editorial refreshes, how to make useful and exciting
- Lead infrastructure and lot of stakeholders
- Experience working with developers for workflow in B2B space
- Build new hub, launch, ensure it doesn’t break and hold the vision with stakeholders, so stakeholder management skills very important
- Recommend needed technologies to bring something new
- PMM experience around user experience, content flow, project management experience, strategy, launching an app or a product, organize content (images, videos, how embedded, Google slides vs pages) and tell them what it looks like, eg, creator library and what should look like for every country. Playbook, and organize all resources and creating/engineering
- Competitive research to see how companies are doing this
- Someone to build it, design, and organize it
- There is a web support team, need someone to manage the web support team
- They have design agency to do the creative (e.g., need banner)
- Create own version, brand toolkit for all countries
- Agency-side useful that has done brand books and brand guidelines
- They will have competitive intel. First couple months- come in and take what they have, do own research, look at other companies that have great toolkits. Here is today- what is not working. Here is proposed evolution
- Now build it and project manage with technical teams
- Also help them build comms for the partners- create strategy and execution of launch- how to let partners know. e.g., start ongoing newsletter. Then updating partners (e.g., new feature)
- Partner managers- communicate to partners. If do newsletter, maybe automate
Requirements:
- 10-15 years partner marketing in tech
- 5+ years experience leading the build of global tier 1 partner marketing hubs
- Experience working with developers for workflow in B2B space
- Stakeholder management skills
- PMM experience around user experience, content flow, project management experience, strategy, launching an app or a product, organize content (images, videos, how embedded, Google slides vs pages) and tell them what it looks like
- Competitive research to see how companies are doing this
- Experience managing a web support team
- Agency experience could be good
- Agency-side useful that has done brand books and brand guidelines
