Paxos builds the regulated infrastructure powering the digital economy, enabling leading companies to issue and move tokenized money and assets. The Manager, Product Partnerships & Initiatives will work with the Head of Product to identify and integrate external partners while driving strategic projects that enhance product capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Identify & evaluate opportunities: Source and assess potential partners aligned with our product strategy and growth priorities
- Negotiate agreements: Lead commercial and technical negotiations, including terms, success metrics, and integration scope
- Manage integrations: Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Compliance to ensure integrations meet partner expectations and deliver real value
- Drive partnership strategy: Shape a roadmap for partner capabilities that unlock new product features, distribution, or markets
- Own partner relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring relationships stay productive, healthy, and aligned with long-term objectives
- Run strategic projects: Lead product-led initiatives that span teams—e.g., platform improvements, process redesign, pricing or analytics projects, cross-product workflows
- Support strategic planning: Partner with the Head of Product to craft and align on OKRs, priorities, and multi-quarter product strategy
- Strengthen execution: Improve product operating rhythms—reviews, planning cycles, decision logging, and launch readiness
- Drive clarity & communication: Synthesize complex decisions into crisp, actionable narratives for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- 4–8 years of experience in product partnerships, strategy consulting, business operations, or product management
- Strong commercial and analytical instincts; capable of structuring deals, assessing trade-offs, and evaluating partner fit
- Exceptional communicator; able to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
- Comfortable working directly with executives and external partners
- Skilled at navigating ambiguity, building structure, and driving cross-functional execution
- Deep curiosity for technology and how systems, integrations, and networks scale
- MBA or experience in high-growth or regulated environments is a plus
