Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with seasoned mentors and excel in a supportive team setting
• Initiate client interactions via phone to understand their needs
• Schedule and lead virtual consultations (via Zoom or phone) for comprehensive discussions
• Design personalized insurance quotes to meet each client's needs
• Present effective solutions to close sales and provide customized insurance plans

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, either as a professional or a newcomer
• Ability to collaborate with mentors and work in a team setting
• Skills to initiate client interactions via phone
• Capability to schedule and lead virtual consultations (via Zoom or phone)
• Ability to design personalized insurance quotes
• Skills to present effective solutions to close sales
• Eligibility to work as a U.S. Citizen
• Willingness to work as a 1099 independent contractor
• Ability to work on a commission-based compensation structure
