Prime Therapeutics is a unique PBM focused on connecting care for those they serve. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting and managing marketing initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the execution of tactical materials for key audiences.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Senior Specialists and marketing managers for work with cross-functional business partners and stakeholders to coordinate and execute marketing initiatives for key audiences (Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) Plans, prospects, employer groups, physicians, pharmacists, members, etc.)
- Lead and facilitate meetings with marketing partners, including creative team kickoffs
- Influence development and execution of tactics to ensure on time, on budget deliverables that meet tactical objectives; tactics include sell sheets, sales briefs, presentations, sales tool kits, web content, conference presentations, member letters, direct mail, emails, text messages, etc
- Review creative execution of specific tactics to ensure output adheres to Prime and client brand guidelines, and that strategic direction is on target
- Write and proof sales and marketing copy to targeted audiences via various tactics
- May coordinate Marketing efforts related to product materials and campaigns, websites and social media
- May support the development of strategic marketing plans
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
- 2 years of work experience in related marketing roles, including B2B marketing, product marketing and/or communications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and process
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and balance multiple projects at one time
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
- Project management experience
- Experience in the health insurance or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry
